Dickies Unisex Fit

Unisex scrubs are designed to be worn comfortably by both men and women and are generally cut to fit a bit more loosely. Since the fit accommodates men, many women achieve a better fit by stepping down one size from what they might wear in a ladies' size.

How to Take Your Measurements for a Great Fit

For best results, follow these guidelines:

  • Take all measurements in inches
  • If your measurements are between sizes, order the larger size
  • For greatest accuracy, have someone else take your measurements (rather than doing it yourself)
  • Your tape measure should be pulled snug, not tight

Chest: Exhale, then measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest; Be sure to hold the tape level and firmly, but not tight

Waist: Keep the tape loose and measure around your natural waistline; For most, the waist will sit at the hipbone, but if you wear your scrub bottoms at a different place on your waist, please adjust accordingly

Length: We suggest Petites for women up to 5'4", Regular length up to 5'6", and Tall length for 5'7" and above.

Inseam: Measure from the top of inner thigh to the top of the heel of the shoe.

Hip: Standing with your feet slightly apart, measure around the fullest part of your body.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pants Wife and I bought white painters pants to wear for yardwork. Light colors are said to be less attractive to biting insects. Pants are sturdy and well made. Soften quickly with a few washes. Button hole tight initially, but stretches with use and is no problem. 100% cotton breathes well. Relaxed fit is comofortable and provides plenty of freedom of movement. We treated with Sawyers premethrin and ticks, chiggers, mosquitos, etc. all die on contact. Premethrin molecules bind to fabric and treatment remains effective for about 6 washes. Combination of white pants and premethrin treatment very effective. Have not had a bite since we began wearing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great painter's pants, but . . . why? I just received of these pants in the mail. They're great! I like the cut, feel, look, number of pockets, in short, everything about these pants. But the point if this message is that it's really hard to find work pants with leg pockets on both legs. I'm a carpenter. Extra pockets in your jeans are always good. Why don't you make this pant in denim? Stone wash, if you please. By the way. You could save money by not putting on the loops. I've worked in the trades a long time. No one uses the loops. Not painters (if you're doing your job, the brush is full of paint). Not carpenters (if you need to carry around a hammer you wear a tool belt) if you put your hammer in the loop it pulls your pants down.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from If only the pockets were stitched better My husband has been wearing these painter pants for as long as I can remember. It used to be he would wear out the knees before anything else. Nearly every pair I've purchased in the last year has issues with the back pockets where the stitching fails after the second or third wear. My husband doesn't pack any tools in his back pockets or even a cell phone. Maybe a better quality of thread needs to be used back there.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from painters pants I got the same size as I am currently wearing, labels show same size but actual measurement of the waist shows the new paints are 1 and 1/2 inches smaller.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from painters pants the pants are definitely being made more durable and comfortable and that's surprising because I've always been pleased with their construction and durability. i do have one little, tiny criticism and that is that the button on the fly is very, very difficult to get through the opening. sometimes i have to use a file or letter-opener to force the button through the opening. i think the hole is a lot smaller than it used to be, but hopefully that is a small problem that can be corrected

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice and cool Happy to say that we ( the Fairfield Four ) a triditional Gospel Group use the painter's pants as proforming uniforms. We would love to add more outfits from your company if possible. Maybe an endorsement on your products ?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for Bonneville I race a car on the Bonneville Salt Flats. Racing occurs in August, and it's hot - often 90 degrees or better, often very sunny, and you're standing on a very reflective surface - bright white salt. Cargo shorts are usually comfortable and have pockets, which are nice for carrying a couple of wrenches or screwdrivers, but you will get your kneecaps sunburned before 10:00 AM at Bonneville. The perfect solution are these pants right here. They're cotton and they breathe, but more importantly, they reflect the sun's rays and keep you cool in probably the harshest racing environment in America. Additionally, there are enough pockets to carry your adjustment tools, cell phone, calculator, and the hammer loops are perfect for a walkie-talkie to keep on top of the official race communications. Yep - they get dirty and they show it, but nothing a little Go-Jo and Tide can't handle. They clean up really well. These are the perfect pit-pants.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well fitting coveralls I bought the bib overalls as summer began, its been to hot in the deep south to wear them. But winter is coming. I liked the pocket layout on bibs. Pencil slot could be a bit wider. That being said, if it were the pencil may fallout and another compliant. A far as length of pant to waist the bibs are good. Another thing,I noticed that Dickie has improved on over the years is quality inspection that material grain is right so the legs do not appear twisted. Making them uncomfortable and just wrong. It seems Dickies is getting quality right.
