Carhartt

A properly fitted garment not only keeps you looking professional, but also keeps you feeling comfortable for your entire work day. See below for advice on taking accurate measurements.

Carhartt Scrubs Unisex Sizes

Unisex scrubs are designed to be worn comfortably by both men and women and are generally cut to fit a bit more loosely. Since the fit accommodates men, many women achieve a better fit by stepping down one size from what they might otherwise wear in a ladies' size.

How to Take Your Measurements for a Great Fit

For best results, follow these guidelines:

  • Take all measurements in inches
  • If your measurements are between sizes, order the larger size
  • For greatest accuracy, have someone else take your measurements (rather than doing it yourself)
  • Your tape measure should be pulled snug, not tight

Chest: Exhale, then measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest; Be sure to hold the tape level and firmly, but not tight

Waist: Keep the tape loose and measure around your natural waistline; For most, the waist will sit at the hipbone, but if you wear your scrub bottoms at a different place on your waist, please adjust accordingly

Length: We suggest Petites for women up to 5'3", Regular length up to 5'6", and Tall length for 5'7" and above.

Inseam: Measure from the top of inner thigh to the top of the heel of the shoe.

Hip: Standing with your feet slightly apart, measure around the fullest part of your body.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from They sure are not making clothes to fit a working man! About 10 years ago all i ever wore was Carhartt jeans, this style as well as double logger jeans. Loved the quality and the fit. NOW quality still seems ok but they fit HORRIBLE. The waist fits fine but the length......forget it. I wear a 30 length , have for 20 years, these and the double logger i recently purchased fall over the back of my boots and i could probably fit 2 legs in 1 pant leg. Done buying Carhartt jeans, and they are supposed to be "original fit". My size is 38 waist x 30 length, i ordered 40x30 because Carhartt waists are small in general and they fit like some MC HAMMER pants.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Legs are wayyyy to baggy The pants themselves are great, perfect fit in the waist also...BUT unless you like the “yo boy gangster” look I’d buy something else..the pant legs on these are so aggressively large it’s absurd I can almost literally fit two legs fully into one pant leg and I wear a 32x32. Functionally the huge jnco jeans style pant legs get in the way, the catch in things are constantly getting caught under my boots at work..it’s bad enough to where I may go to the dry cleaners and see if they can re sew the legs to make them fit like a normal pair of jeans

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mens pants and shorts Whats the deal with a 4" zipper. Its east to scratch my navel...but difficult to keep it from being like Kilroy looking over the zipper. I know they are made in other parts of the world where they may not need a longer zipper but these are too short. They always say "If you sprinkle when you tinkle"...Well there is know way not to, by the time you snake it up to your belt buckle. Give the men back a decent zipper.....quit thinking shorter is better !

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Parachute fit Well, I used to buy the washed duck 5 pocket before they were discontinued (About a year ago). These looked very comparable. Nope. The “older style” had a relaxed fit. The description on these current ones says they are “a relaxed fit..” super misleading because they arrived loose fit. I looked like mc hammer. Furthermore, there are no similar ones in your true relaxed fit. Just jeans and rugged flex. So I gotta send them back and go else where.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste Hugely baggy. Different material. These ones advertise “relaxed”.. which is an actual size. They’re loose fit. Real loose. You guys discontinued a version of these about a year ago and the material was thicker, the fit was nice (relaxed), and I’m returning these ones. There are no other comparable pants you make now. They are all loose (mc hammer), ripstop, or jeans. I am forced to go else where. Way to ruin a good thing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Control I ordered two pair of washed duck work pants in different colors. The email order confirmation stated the order size incorrectly on one pair which prompted me to order a third pair in the correct size. When they arrived, they were all the size I had originally ordered. However, all three pair of the same size pants fit differently. One pair out of the three was true to size. I returned the rest.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough, comfortable, and long-lasting. I’ve had many of these over the years and they are what work clothes should be. They’re durable, comfortable in a wide range of temperatures, easy to keep looking nice, and last long enough to be well worth their price. The pockets are strong and functional, but perfect would be the same exact pants minus the hammer loop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What’s the cost of a “good deal”? A lot more than you think. In the past I was purchasing another brand’s pants and without fail, within a month or two I would wear holes in both knees and after wearing them for three or maybe I’d push it to four months I’d look so trashy and my knees wear getting beat up from having to kneel on nothing but the ground. I’d go and purchase the same pants again because “they were a good deal”. I did that for a couple years. I then purchased my first pair of Carhart pants along with a couple of the others. . I thought at the time that these were just like what I was used to but for a lot more money. Then I noticed after wearing them for over three months I still didn’t have any holes anywhere on the pants But the other’s I’d bought at the same time were trashed like usual. That’s when I became a Carhart customer for life. I love their clothing. It’s what I wear almost exclusively. The cost of “a good deal” is so much more expensive than buying what will last and hold up to every working mans needs.
