Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not an Upland Pant. Size runs small I’m a 36 waist 32 inseam. Had to order a 38. I bought these pants because I enjoy the rugged flex line of my other jeans and khakis. I am an upland hunter and need something strong and durable. These, are not it. I can feel every large thorn that I ran into. Even noticed the thorns tear away some threads. I wear them for hiking and more mobile outdoor activities. If looking for a rugged tough upland pant, these are not them. Although good for other outdoor activities.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice pants, too thin to be real brush pants These pants are fine for a stroll through your local suburban game preserve but are far too thin, both the material and the lower leg protection, for real brush pants. I would shred them in a season. I am very disappointed and will be returning them. Carhart is known for their tough as nails working clothes. So, why far too thin, too lightweight, too delicate, hunting pants??? I don't get it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Designed for upland. Fabric is soft and easy to maneuver in. Have not tried them in wet conditions yet. With that being said, they are not meant for thick cover upland hunting. I can feel large thorns as I walk through cover. I would NOT recommend for thick upland cover. Noticed small tears in fabric from first time pheasant hunting. I would recommend for hiking and other outdoor activities, not upland hunting.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Runs Small. Way Small. Like "Carhartt, do you even measure in standard inches, small." I wear a 32" waist in every pant known to man. That's mostly because my waist is just under 32" and I expect most pants manufacturers to use the same "inch" measurement as the next. Not Carhartt. These "32-inch waist" fit like 26". And it's just Carhartt. Forget it. Order a range of 6 sizes and try them on. What a ridiculous waste of time and shipping fees.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A little disappointed as they are not as thick and heavy on the nylon face as other brush pants I have had in the past. I expect Carhartt to have the toughest, like everything else I get from them! They are light and comfortable, but I bought them more for brush protection. I hope they will hold up to the briars when field hunting. We will see...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pant, need to figure out sizing. Wearing them as I write this.. it sounds like the sizing is a little off and I’d agree.. I’m normally a 32x32 in a Prana Brion pant and they suggested I go with a 34x32. I ordered a 33x34 and the waist fits great but man are they long. Wish I’d got the 32’s but they’re a great pant and I’ll definitely be buying another pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pants Great pants. Love them. And great value compared to so many other more expensive brands. Runs small in the waist and plenty of length in the inseam. I bought the upland field coat also and it is superb. Packed with features and super practical.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I expected the fabric to be a thicker, more duable material. I am concerned any sharp stickes or a light brush with barbed wire will tear the fabric.
