Rated 4 out of 5 by from Current Favorite I really like these pants. Comfortable and flexible. Lightweight. My girlfriend likes the way they look. I do a lot of walking, bending, squatting, and kneeling on the job and these are so far the best for my needs. I'd love for them to come in more dark colors. Cedar, navy, and black would be awesome. Be aware that they might there might be differences in the overall fit when trying different lengths. I found that there was a pretty large difference in how the pants fit when shifting between a 30 and 32 inch inseam. When on my body they both looked the same length but the 32 fit much better. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will purchase more First time being these pants. I have the blue jean version and found them comfortable. The weight of the fabric is perfect, not too thin, but not too thick, and the stretchiness of the fabric make warring these pants very comfortable. I’m an Engineer and these pants blend nicely with blue collar and white collar, work situation. Finally, the execution of the phone pocket is perfect, easy to use, but hidden. I’ve been buying work pants with hammer loops and utility pockets or cargo pants, which work, but not as well as this style of pants that was designed specifically with a pocket for a cell phone. I have a iPhone X and it fits in the pocket perfectly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love them! These are hands down my favorite pants to wear. So much so that I think my wife is starting to dislike them because I am always khaki from the waist down. Haha. Truly, they are the best wearing pant Iâ??ve even had. Comfortable all day long. My only bone to pick is that I bought a pair that was 33â??x34â??, which fit perfectly, and after drying it, they were about 33â??x32â??. So then I bought a couple pair of 36â?? Inseam, assuming theyâ??d shrink to the perfect length and, oddly enough, they didnâ??t. So now I have super long pants. But I love them and wear them almost exclusively. Thanks, Carhartt.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Pants - As Durable As Tissue Paper I love the pants and own multiple pairs. They are functional, good looking but have one major flaw... they are as durable as tissue paper. I find that my phone and wallet wear holes through the pants well before their useful life is up. The "rugged work khaki pants" are much more durable and wear like iron compared to these. I love them, but I will stop buying them. I find that I get less than a year out of these pants compared to 5+ years of use my other pants are getting. Heavy duck fabric or jeans are not always appropriate or comfortable. There has to be a way to get more usable life from these pants...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pants for the hybrid professional I have worn this model of pants for 3 years now. They give a good casual professional appearance while maintaining the durability, fit ,and flexibility of a good work pant. I work as an Arson and Auto Theft Detective, and they allow me comfort and durability to move in, around, and on stolen cars while conducting exams, search for or chase wanted fugitives, or examine fire scenes, while still looking professional enough to meet with other detectives, attorneys, victims, or interview suspects. After wearing nearly 15 different pairs of these pants over 3-5 years I don't hardly buy anything else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT PANTS! The Carhartt Rugged Flex Rigby Dungaree pants live up to Carhartt's quality standards. The fabric is less stiff than their work pants, but these pants are sturdy enough for "dirty" work. They are very comfortable to wear. The size of the black pants was exactly the same as the size for the grey ones that we had purchased in a local store. After reading other reviews, I was hesitant about ordering online as there is no local store that carries black so returns would be a hassle. Luckily, no need to return. They arrived on time and fit well. They are also nice enough to wear for other than work occasions. My grandson is very happy with these pants. I definitely recommend buying these pants.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy Pants but don't overwork them I purchased these pants many weeks ago and as they're black, sleek, and utile, I wear them almost every weekend when I work at the theatre. Overall they've held up quite well. There are no loose seams, the belt loops are very sturdy, and the fabric is great. However, be warned that these pants are not made of stone and it is pragmatic to get more then one pair of these as, overtime there was a bit of color fade/whiteness that appeared in the left knee but this was most likely due to an error on my part in washing them. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light and Slim FTW These are a truer straight leg fit than the other Carhartt pants that fit much looser. That's why some of these reviewers complain of the fit - they actually fit like a straight leg pant not a relaxed fit pant. They are well made but the lighter material won't be as tough as the thicker materials Carhartt uses. The colors are the only drawback. Dark tan looks great like a medium khaki but the Peat I tried looked like black pajamas. It would be nice to see at least a navy version - maybe even a darker khaki or brownish shade. If you work around dirt these pants show it. Try them out especially if you need something cooler in hot temps. This cut would be great in other fabrics especially something like a 10-12oz fabric.
