With 40 retail stores rooted throughout the Northeast and Midwest, Work 'N Gear is the largest U.S. retailer specializing in work apparel, footwear, and healthcare apparel. Despite this success, we pride ourselves on our personal relationships with our local and regional customers. At heart, we're still a neighborhood store.

Our local stores offer the widest selection possible. In fact, many products you see on workngear.com are also available in Work 'N Gear stores (find locations and hours).

We encourage you to call ahead to check availability and pricing for your preferred brands, styles, sizes, colors. Or, just stop on by to browse our great brands and get store-only deals. Even when an item isn't in stock, our associates may still be able to help. We can often order less-common sizes and colors which can then be delivered to your home or picked up at the store.

Not hiding out in the Cayman Islands

Speaking of real, let's name names. Since 2002, Anthony DiPaolo has been proud to serve as the President and CEO of Work 'N Gear. In addition to standing behind and speaking up for the Work 'N Gear brand, Anthony enjoys lending his name and experience to community efforts.

Among other pursuits, Anthony serves on the Board of Directors of the South Shore Art Center in Cohasset, Massachusetts.

Under Anthony DiPaolo's leadership, Work 'N Gear is the proud sponsor of the "Boot Trade" program.Each year, before the cold of winter hits the northern states, this program provides thousands of pairs of gently worn boots to those in need. Customers turn in their old work boots and receive a credit for a new pair. "We wanted a way to serve the less fortunate and a boot trade seemed like the perfect solution to a big problem,"says DiPaolo. "The old boots are provided to the homeless across twelve states."
