If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know. We promise to make things right by refund, exchange or Work 'N Gear credit subject to a few guidelines:

• All purchases made through our online store must be returned through our website return process.
  
• Retail store locations are not authorized to accept returns when purchased through the online store.
  
• You may return any item that is unworn and unwashed with in 30 days of purchase for an exchange, credit or refund.
  
• Shipping costs: Refunded only in the event of a manufacturer's defect or Work 'N Gear error.
  
• Manufacturer's Defects: Returns will be accepted at any time as a result of manufacturer's defect.
